Add a Settlement Account for Payout Services

To receive funds from your Payment Gateway transactions, you must link a settlement account. This is the bank account where Leatherback will deposit your cleared funds once they have been processed.

How to link your settlement account

  1. Navigate to Service Settings

From the Fusion Dashboard dashboard, go to Settings. In the dropdown, select Service Settings.

  1. Select Payment Gateway

Click on the Payment Gateway Service tab to access your collection settings.

  1. Open Settlement Tab

Click on the Settlement Account tab. This section displays any existing accounts you have linked for payouts.

Add a New Account by clicking the Add Account button.

  1. Fill details

Select the currency for the account you are adding (e.g., NGN, GBP, USD). The system will update the requirements based on your selection.

Fill in the following banking information:

Bank Name: Select your bank from the dropdown list.

Account Number: Enter the unique number for the account.

Account Holder Name: Ensure this matches the name registered with your bank.

Bank Country: Confirm the country where the bank is located.

When you're done, click the "Add" button

Your account is now linked and ready to receive settlements.

You can repeat these steps to add different settlement accounts for each currency your business accepts. This ensures you avoid unnecessary conversion fees by settling funds into their native currency accounts.
